NBC Channel 1004 playing cartoons instead of Barclay's Premier league

Topic says it all. Why is my service showing there will be soccer playing and it's only playing cartoons instead??

Channel 1004 is on demand porn, don't know where the NBC is coming from. Are you sure you're watching FiOS?
