I was having some issues with my internet and phone. I posted about a month ago with this problem. I was assigned a person to take care of this issue. He was nice. I could say the first person in this company to actually treat me with proper customer service. My internet has not been fixed and communication with this person has ceased. I'm currently posting this from my phone because my internet connection has been failing more then before. Now I can't even receive or make any calls because I don't even have a dial tone. My efforts in communicating with someone regarding this issue, has been futile. I am outraged and disgusted with this situation already. I'm up to my limit. There is nothing Verizon can do to fix the amount of stress I have. I even lost my job because of the company's incompetent technicians they have supposedly sent to my home to fix this. In order for me to apply for other jobs, I need the internet because I doubt that Verizon would employ me. I have truly been unable to enjoy ANY of my services. Instead of this getting fixed, it got worse and I am extremely disappointed. It seems that by posting here, it has been the only way I have gotten any attention with this regard. I am NOT satisfied. I do hope that I get some type of answer and solution to this problem before I make a final decision.
