Update, Seems it has just changed names. No more best of mma in the evenings.

HDNet was sold by Mark Cuban to a group headed by Ryan Seacrest and has been rebranded as AXS TV. Odds are good they are going to change the programming,
A share was sold, not all of it. BUt is being rebranded and much of the content will change.
