Can't get to page to Keep verizon.net

I've gotten notice addressed to only one of my email accounts. When I click here, in the email it takes me to the page where I used to read my mail on-line. I don't see Keep verizon.net etc. I really haven't read my mail on-line in over a year due to illness in the family. I suppose it was suspended due to non-use. I still use my verizon emails. On my windows 10 laptop I get them via a Microsoft app since I don't have Office365. On my Desktop I use Windows Live Mail 2012. Both computers were set up using POP3 protocol and I still have an AOL account for over twenty years. Actually, I think most of you will like AOL.

How do I migrate my verizon.net accounts if I can't get to the proper page? I have until May 12, 2017. PLEASE HELP ME. This is making my gray hair grayer and making me wonder if I should return my BA degree. Thanks in advance.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
