While on the phone trying to correct a problem with my bill. The phone disconnected to the person I was speaking with. I called back and after explaining the problem to a new person the phone again disconneted. Is there a good way to get help?
I wished I could give you a good answer. Sometimes I wonder how the "disconnect" happens.....
