Dial Tone LIne Service Charge

I noticed that the Dial Tone Line charge increased from $11.69 to $12.69 on my January-February 2017 bill. Verizon usually notified the customers a couple of months prior to the increase in the past. I didn't receive any notification this time. Is this increase correct? I will like a verizon customer service representative responds to my question. I also like to receive some documentation regarding this increase. Thanks.
