Entered info to xfer to AOL, but the last Q asks for my "security code" What's that?

I've filled out the entire Verizon questionaire to xfer to AOL, but the very last question asks for my "security code". I have no idea what that is or what that means. Where to I find my "security code"? I don't ever recall using one during many years with Verizon email. Thanks for any help--

Part of the form that you fill out to xfer to AOL asks for a phone number or email to send a text with the security code. When you receive the security code you enter that in the space for the security code.
