How come transfering to another dept.is so difficult?It hangs up and you have to start all over from the beginning...Why do you get hung up on while tech.support puts you on hold?Why do I have to spend 45 min.-2 1/2 hrs. to try to resolve an issue?If I had a choice I'd leave.This is all that's available in our area.Someone please give me a direct line to complain to a high ranking official!I have multiple hrs. on here and still have no answers.We're talking over 30 hrs!
