Verizon sold me a double play package with DSL rate of 7 to 15 Mbps.
Tech support now say the my area (west LA, CA) can only provide Max of 5 Mbps. This is
not an issue of line quality.
Verizon seems to have fraudulently sold me a package that cannot be supported.
Customer support refused to do anything about reimbursing me for the previously billed
non available service. Also, my rate has gone from 45.0 /month to $80 per month. The listed
rate is stail 7 - 15 Mbps.
If this is not corrected, I will cancel my Verizon account and go to another provider.
