Does anyone know why the first 3 episodes of season 3 are not available? And how can we request to get them on demand

I hope they get the new episodes up quick. They were there by wed after its release. So we will see.

I missed the episode on Sun 3-3-13 'Clear' and by Wed it was still no available on demand. According to FIOS it is up to AMC to decide when and how soon programs and episodes are available, not FIOS.
So here's the link to send a 'comment' to AMC. If a lot of us Walking Dead fans complain hopefully they will listen.
