DSL cuts out same time each day 4:45 pm

Is there a reason why for the last 3 nights in a row my DSL service cuts off at the exact same time? It's to the point when I anticipate when it will cut off and hurry to check email before losing the connection. I have tried re-booting the modem and not re-booting the modem. But always the service resumes by the next morning. Nothing has changed on my end. Please help.

Does your DSL light on your modem also go out? It should stay solid green depending your modem. There should also be a light that blinks or stays solid (Online light). Let me know which lights are on if any.

Step one: Visit http://www.giganews.com/line_info.html and post up the Traceroute the page shows, if you wish. Be aware that your non-bogan public IP Address will show up. It might shown up as the final hop (bottom-most line of the trace) might contain a hop with your IP address in it. Either remove that line or show only the first two octets. What I'm looking for is a line that mentions "ERX" in it's name towards the end. If for some reason the trace does not complete (two lines full of Stars), keep the trace route intact.
