cancel dsl service

Been on hold 50 minutes which is ridiculous for a phone company. Cancel my DSL service immediately.

Signed up with Time Warner. Much better customer service. You wanted me to take a phone plan to get TV. I don't want a phone plan. Cancel the DSL plan effective immediately and adjust bill. Thanks.
