Things went well for a while but slowy but surley our conncetion speed has gradually slowed to the point that watching netflix is nearly impossible, Verizon supposedly gave us a higher speed and for a few months it was faster but we are now back to the old speed meanwhile we are still paying for a faster speed. Why?
