We are new to DSl and have the annoying issue of it dropping out every night between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. A few nights it was back at 9:00pm other 11:30-12:00. I have called multiple times and everytime i am told that there is a ticket open for the engineers to change our lines, but the day for complitation gets longer everytime. It is very annoying as i need it to work from home and i cant. What else can I do other then cancel and get a hotspot from my cell phone carrier...
