I recieved a SMART TV for Christmas and I cannot get it to connect to my WIFI signal.
The distance from the cheesy modem is about 35 feet with only one wall between the modem and new TV.
Can my modem be upgraded - it seems the longer you are a customer, the less you get services that work, My internet has frequent breaks in service/
I should not need to use the ethernet cable for reliable service,
Please advise how I can get this new TV to connect to the WIFI
