SLOW DSL connection and NO customer service!!!

My last residence I was able to get FiOS and it was great... no complaints. However since I moved, I now am only able to get high speed DSL. The first month this past November was fine... movies I streamed on all my iOS devices and Apple TV, Amazon Prime (on my Vizio TV) were all streaming fine. Now, the last 2 months I have constant internet dropping and VERY slow speeds. Movies stream faster if I connect to my cell signal insteasd of wireless!!!

I have called Verizon to get help and get a real person to help with the problem. I doubt it's the modem. I feel it may be the line itself.

Can someone help?!?!?!

I just signed up for DSL service a week ago and have not had any good service at all. My connection keeps dropping as well for whatever reason my default downstream rate keeps defaulting back to 1788kbps when it should be well above 3000kbps. I have been on the phone with verizon almost every other day for this. They have sent me useless technicians who come by...take a quick look and pronounce my issue resolved only to experience the same issues the moment the technicians leave. I have had 3 or 4 technicians come by and tell me the issue is with the line outside but they never seem to ever fix it even though verizon sends me sms notifications telling me my issue us resolved. Fantastic service Verizon. I am really proud of the nonsense DSL service they provide to people. Let's not even talk about their customer service. An ape could do a better job. If I could go with FIOS internet I certainly would. Unfortunately they dont offer it on my block...even though houses 5 minutes away have it. Just plain ridiculous.
