Change plan

My plan is only internet(DSL) and $50/month and the speed is 1.1 to 3 Mbps. Now I see a plan is $29.99/month for 1 yr. Plus taxes & fees and High Speed Internet Enhanced 1.1 to 15 Mbps. I want to add this plan to my plan. How is my old plan? Is it replace by my new plan or add two plans together and play more money? If I don't want to use DSL, I want to use Fios Internet. Can I change to Fios? If yes, how to order it? I don/t see the "order now". I only see "see other bundles".

For the FiOS question, have you checked the Verizon website to see if it qualifies you or your neighbors for the service? If it does, the Verizon site should be able to allow you to upgrade the DSL to FiOS online.

For getting your plan changed, if you already have 3Mbps, you're at the plan you should be at. It wouldn't hurt to call in to ask about getting a free or cheaper upgrade to a faster speed than what you currently have, though.
