DSL Slow Speed

For over a year now I have had to keep calling every few months because my line speed keeps dropping.

Last call was a month ago, my line speed came back up to 3358, two weeks later I'm back down to 2524.

Can someone PLEASE fix this issue.

You can hold me at 2524 for a month but cannot keep me at the line speed I am paying for.

Very frustrated and tired of this service ....

Could you post up your modem's Transceiver statistics? If you don't know how to get this information, please tell us what modem make and model you have.

Those statistics look fine to me, and you could probably scoot by with a little bit more speed, such as 5Mbps. Have Verizon disable the ASSIA Optimizer on your line and ensure it is at least set for 3Mbps. That should fix this problem up for you.
