When I renewed with a cheaper promotional package, I was told that Prime left out "only a few channels" compared to Extreme, and that these channels were "2+" channels like ESPN2. But now that I have the Prime package, I can't get a number of channels that I wanted, such as Cloo and IFC.
- Did VZ change the channels carried by each of their packages in the last two months?
- DId customer service mislead me?
- Is this just a technical glitch that can be resolved through tech support?
It seems that customers have to watch Verizon like a hawk to make sure they're getting what they paid for....
