I last accessed my verizon.yahoo email account on nov 27, 2017 and this morning there is no longer a way to access my account on verizons web page; i am redirected to yahoo. my email password on verizon's website was different that my password on yahoo's site so now i can't access my account. when i try to get help from yahoo they redirect me to verizon's page and vis a versa. this is really extremely poor customer service for starters. i was on the phone waiting for help from verizon but after 30 minutes waiting i hung up. can anyone help me?
i don't understand how they can deny me access to my email without notice!
