I recently got a new service from Verizon connections through my employer and while ordering this pacakge of Extreme HD it said Showtime and HBO are part of the package. After installation for first 2-3 days I got HBO and now it stopped. I was chatting with support and they said HBO is NOT the part of package. I have my order screenshot which says that HBO is included and also on verizon website, the package for Extreme HD shows "HBO is included in package". Now they are not adding that back to my account. I need to escalate this issue. If it wasn't there then they should not have shown that while ordering. Does anyone have a corporate number where I can reach to escalate this?
