I have been without Verizon internet for 11 days now. I have been given the run around by Verizon people from all over the world. I was told it happened when they increased my speed during a "bundle" taking affect. That was 2/15/14 and I have gotten no where since. The internet was fine until they did something I had no idea they were going to do. I have had Verizon for about a month. First the scheduling was messed up then the tech never showed up on the scheduled day, after taking time off work for him, then we were without phone service for three days and now no internet for the 11th day.
