I upgraded my service last week. The online specialist walked me through the steps and I was told that Extreme HD includes HBO and the Showtime channels in the Extreme HD package.

According to the channel comparisons its true, they are listed as "Included in TV Bundle" while Starz has a $ icon. Seems straight forward. The word included is especially compelling.
Every thing is telling me these channels are included in the Extreme HD package. This new package was appealing to me because we were paying extra for HBO, Showtime and Starz before but we never really watched Starz. I was told we'd be saving money (close to $40 a month) if we switch and lose Starz.
Our service was activated a few days ago and HBO and Showtime are now missing from my TVs.
Since I work long hours I've only been able to call in after work or sign on to the chat.
3 online reps and 1 phone rep told me that it was included.
2 phone reps told me it's NOT included.

How can that be possible?
Since I am within my 30 day period I think I will just cancel and revert back to our previous package.
This stuff shouldnt be so complex.
