Despite having the Ultimate package,I cannot access beIN1 or beIN2 . I am informed by Verizon that it's because my DVR is a TiVo and that there is a compatibility issue which doesn't allow these channels to be accessed though TiVo ( all other channels are fine) Anyone else having a similar problem ?
