My internet slows down to about 3-4Mbps during the day. I have called customer service but all they have me do is unplug the modem and restart it and the call dropped with no call back from the rep as promised. I should be receiving 7.1-15Mbps. Late at night the speed returns to normal. Extremely frustrated that I am getting half of the minimum speed during prime time.
