I've had the Extreme HD package for a while, and the Premium channels On Demand were included although I don't subscribe to HBO, Showtime etc.
This just stopped working. Was there a recent change in the programming features I don't know about?
Are you sure it wasn't just a free preview? They do run free previews from time to time.
