Is the slowdown at all times of the day? Or, is it only at peak hours? Does your connection drop out a ton? Has anything (besides the speed) changed either with any telephone wiring in your home, any construction, or has any severe weather hit your area? These are examples, so please consider more than just what I mentioned in the above.
