I was locked out of my account and changed my password through the verizon account site. Now when I try to login to my email through yahoo, it redirects to the verizon account site. I can not access my email at all.
EDIT: I thought I read a solution that it is a ongoing problem, but realized it is from 2016 so I do still need help please
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
