I have the Ultimate HD pack, but have lost all the Sports Pack Channels (Longhorn, HRTV, etc.). I was under the impression the sports pack was just for those with lower tiers to get sports channels. Has this changed?
Others have had the problem, were told by Verizon it is a malfunction, they are working on it.
Same situation, but I was told it was a package change and would need to pay another $10 to get it.
I was also told you ahd to pay to get those channels but as far as i know they are wrong because thes sports pack is included with the ultimate package, i still get most of the channels but am missing world fishing network,outdoor network, universal sports network,and espn goaline. people at dls broadbanf fios tv threads are also repoting problems! supposedly verizon is tring to fix the problem.
Simply follow the "subscribe "option, It'll tell you the cost is $0.00
