Channel Guide says 6:00PM Central Florida v. Penn State

Not only did I have to frantically search to find the game at all but it's offered on the 2 SD channels. I've seriously seen web streams that look better than what is being offered.
Why is this game not in HD. I'm in Philly, in the biggest Penn State market around and the Illinois vs Washington game is the one offered on HD?

This is exactly why I came on to support today. Why is it playing the wrong game when it's clearly listed as being the Penn State game. I am also in Pennsylvania, and yet the wrong game is playing on the HD channel and I have to watch this poor SD channel.
the BTN2Go stream on their website seems to be in HD if you feel like sitting in front of your computer.
in DC here, you must be kidding, what is the deal Verizon, why isn't the PSU game on 585 as advertized, picture on 330 is awful, this isn't Ilinois/Washington country, geesh...........
How do I log on? There is no place for my user ID and password? I really cannot believe this.
