My router was restarted, reset, shows connectivity via laptop and phone. BUT, Internet light on router is dark and I cannot connect to Firefox, Google, etc.
Is your internet light green on the router? If yes go to run and type cmd and hit enter. Next type ping yahoo.com and hit enter, If you receive back the packets then it is probably a firewall issue on your computer.
