I get disconnected several times a day. When it happens, the troubleshooter from the modem interface says "The cable that connects the gateway with the wall outlet or external modem/router is not attached properly.". Any idea what this could mean?
When this happens does your modem's DSL light blink? This is usually an indication of your modem losing sync or signal.
If you have a Landline first of all, does the phone tend to have static, buzzing, humming, or other audible noise on it? Notably, around the time the DSL drops?
