So it's 2014 and we have a gaming console for our 12 year old, internet media viewing devices, and my wife works from home. Our Verizon service is not great or even very good. No FIOS in our area, choice is to constantly reset our modem or "connect directly to the ethernet cable"...as if that's a valid option, completely ridiculous in today's wireless world. Either advertise accurately or give people an idea of what service will actually be like with all of life's different devices running. Does anyone recommend boosters? Is cable faster than Verizon...they sure advertise faster? Need help because it took me 5 minutes just to get this part of Verizon's webpage to come up, and I can't take it any longer.
