I’ve been a Verizon customer for 16 years had had the highest DSL 3.0 that I could get but for several months ive been losing connection. I have had several techs out to my house and had all wiring re-done.
after about 20-30 calls in the span of months and have only spoke to two supervisors in that time. All test came out good. But they said that I was to far away from the sentral office and nothing they could do…why now do i live to far? after years of having it? Im so mad and frustrated at the coustermer service..everytimr I call I speak to someone out of the country? I cant even watch netflix now…is there anyboudy that can help me?
i need to speak to some one higher up!
