I have called a couple times now about DSL dropping. Been without consistent service for a couple of months. Everytime it rains the signal dropped. Told your service rep they needed to dsipatch a tech but they refsed. Said all I needed to do was change firewall settings and I would never have this service outage again. Insulting and ridiculous.
I am so frustrated paying for a service and not getting usage.
How do I close my account?
