I had a game downloaded on my phone. I was having problems with that phone so i activated another phone that i had. Can i transfer the game from the old phone?
It depends. If your new phone is compatible, you may be able to. The first place to check would be going to Media Retrieval in MyVerizon. You'll have to log in to the MyVerizon account for your specific line if you are on a Family Plan. If the option isn't there, you can call CS by dialing *611 and see if they will let you redownload it and then issue a credit for the cost.
