Can't move pics from Razzle to PC anymore

This is very puzzling and only involves pics everything to do with music works wonderful.

                              I've had my razzle for 1 yr. I loved the ability to take impromptu pics and drag and drop them to my PC; however, the PC has stopped recognizing any pics on the Razzle. I even tried dragging and dropping the pics from my PC to Razzle and a warning display "properties outside the device limits" but  I go ahead and drop the pics to the phone anyway and then an error message display "Cannot copy...device has stopped responding..."  The only thing that that has changed during the phones life is that we installed windows media player and then updated to the newer version of windows media player 11.

Pls help.

Try these possible solutions:

The file association to open the pictures may have been changed on your computer. I would recommend setting Photo Viewer as the default program to access pictures on your computer.

  

 

Try the following steps below:

 

1.  Open Default Programs by clicking the Start button,

2.  Click on Control panel and then click Default Programs.

3.  Set your default programs. Use this option to choose which programs you want Windows to use by default.

4.  Select Windows Photo Viewer in the list and click on Set this Program as default.

5.  Try to access picture and verify if it opens with Windows Photo viewer.
