Where to begin, dropped Charter communications for their unstable internet services, switched to verizon 9 months ago, had great stability and connection up till this recent friday. Contacted and called Verizon (got a ticket put in, got a confirmation text that it would be resolved by Monday 08/18 12:42PM) still received drop signals and instability, Ticket that was texted couldn't be tracked to check on progress on verizon.com/repair
I am losing quickly faith in staying a customer, My only two options is since it's been almost a year, I only have Charter to crawl back to, or go with COmcast which i hear is equally as terrible, I also called yesterday, gentelmen said they would call me back (nobody did) and the connections today is still dropping constantly. I am putting this in here and encouraging everyone to who is going through simliar or same problems let me know if you found a alternative or solution?
