I was given false information about my services when I signed up and when I chatted online to fix everything, the agent (Wendy) was extremely rude and did not help at all.
I noticed there was no place to file a complaint.. unless i missed it?
Also, our internet keeps crashing and it is sooooo slow sometimes. (definitely not worth what I am paying.) so I chatted with an agent online and they said Verizon would call me shortly. It's been almost an hour and nothing.... blaaaaah!!!! Worst Customer Service.
