For the past year or so, I get horrible lag spikes that make my DSL pretty much unusable for hours each day/night. I had a technician come out, and I was charged because he said it was an internal wiring issue that he supposedly fixed, but of course after a few days it went right back to the way it was before he came out. I find it hard to imagine an internal wiring issue would just randomly strike and then randomly fix itself over and over again. I'm pretty much at the end of my patience paying for a service that is not delivered as advertised.
