I have DSL connection, but my Westell 7500 router is failing PPP connection for several hours now (Sunday 8/31/14). Of course no one answers the phone support line. Anyone else in the area experiencing this?
And no, I can't use the VZ in-home agent app b/c we do not have any Windows machines.
I'm not sure if MA uses OpenPPPoE or if that region requires your Verizon username and password. Have you changed the master account password recently? Any neighbors nearby that are out?
