USB720 VZAccess not working with Mac OS 10.6.4

I have a USB 720 modem that I have been using on my Intel Macbook Pro with OS 10.5.8. I just bought a Mac Pro tower with OS 10.6.4, downloaded the VZAccess update 7.0.5, installed it and can not connect. When I do it says, "Error Connection failed". When I search for the device it can not find the device. When I try activation it says, " Fatal activation error -43 occurred". Can anyone tell me what I need to do to connect with the new computer?

Make sure you downloaded the version 7.0.5 (2424j).  It is only compatible with  (10.6.x) 32-bit systems.
