If you activate VISS after notification that your subscription is about to expire, you will end up with 2 separate billings for VISS. I have been paying double for VISS and I only have it installed on 2 devices. I called customer service and was told that since "it was not Verizon's fault" I would not receive a refund for the 8 months I have paid double. I do not see how it was my fault when I received notification from Verizon ISS that my subscription was about to expire, then ended up with 2 subscriptions. Now I am paying 5.99 twice each month. I have been trying to cancel the subscription and then subscribe again, to no avail. Each time I go to "manage" my subscription, it only had a feature to activate, which I am afraid I will end up with 3 subscriptions if I continue..
