7Sep14: This problem occurs often in the afternoon, it's getting old. It took 4 tries to get this far into Verizon to write this without losing the connection. I don't see any reduction in my bill every month, but for the last 3 or 4 months the connection has been lost intermittianly for up to 3 hours at a time. I'm sure a company as big as Verizon could spare a little time and fix the problem, after all they advertise good service and connection stability. I see many forums describing the same issues, and I'm absolutely sure it isn't the equipment here, as it is probably not the other users equipment either.
