Is any one else in the Franklinville, NJ area having DSL connection issues? We have not had a connection for 4 days now and everytime we talk to tech support they keep bumping us back 24 hours for a resolution. In fact the last time we spoke to a technician they told us that we pretty much don't count because we are one person in the "boonies". What kind of business model is Verizon using where its ok for their customer support to tell a PAYING customer that they don't count?
