unable to reset password

Unable to get email. Worked until this AM. Will not allow me to reset password and says I am now locked out. When I enter user name and zip code it does not recognize me. Located in Florida where Verizon sold to Frontier but email temained with Verizon. ????@ verizon.net. Any one know how to reste password?

If you are now with Frontier, your Verizon.net email account should have been migrated to AOL. You may contact them here:

Through my own carelessness, I was unable to access my email accounts @verizon.net. When I tried to reset them via AOL, I got the message "We are unable to assist you at this time."

Fortunately, a Verizon tech provided me to answer: he said to try

www.verizon.yahoo.com or help.yahoo.com.

The first one worked!
