Almost certainly not. ITs any from Verizon's library of VOD offerings.
What does that mean? Isn't all that is offered from FIOS? So free VOD IS FREE?
FYI, Premium channels HBO, Starz, Max and Showtime are only available from 4/10-4/13
Not the ones where you can get first run movies.
Just the ones where it is content from a specific channel.
If you have a lower package, you will be able to view content on a channel you don't normally receive.
And starting 4/10 for 3 days you can get VOD on premium channels as well.
