Very unhappy with Fios today

Today conference is on byutv. While it is commendable that fios does carry this channel, the fact that they don't include it in all tiers is mystifying. This channel is provided free to carriers and it makes no sense that fios would carry it in their lowest and highest tiers leaving out the most popular. In what we could stream today between fios internet dropouts, the church reported today that there are almost 16 million members worldwide. Im sure that a portion of those are normally happy unhappy fios users. Please, please, please add byutv to the mid tier.

FYI, you're talking primarily to other customers here. It is unclear if Verizon pays any attention to programming requests posted here. All evidence to date is that they do not.

If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should call or chat with them. Or see if you can reach someone high up in your Church and ask if they can contact someone high up at Verizon.
