I order several boxing PPV events throughout the year and I have had a problem ever since I upgraded to Quantum TV. I used to call every time to order the event so that I could ask that it be made available on all the TV's in my home. This always worked fine before Quantum.
Since I upgraded to Quantum TV, this does not work anymore. I have been on the phone for hours with tech support during these live events and no one was able to resolve this. I have gone through this on at least 3 different occasions.
Can someone please help address this issue?
