I just purchased a new car which has 'Sync' and when paired with my phone, the Bluetooth connects then the phone reboots causing a disconnect. I'm not sure if the phone has a problem or the car? Any suggestions?
I should mention that my Bluetooth ear piece words just fine.
Have the same exact problem, same phone. Bluetooth earpiece works fine, Sync cause phone to re-cycle reboots. The phone will pair fine, but I cannot download or set autodownload for the Address Book. Have you come across the solution or just toss the phone.
Try doing a soft reset on the device. Remove the battery for about 1 minute place the battery back in and power the phone back on.
same issue - tried the reboot, but did not fix it. any ideas?
I have the same big problems, the phone is keep re-booting, the phone is useless while I am in Ford Fusion with Miicrosoft SYNC, sometimes I have to take risk for getting a traffic ticket. Do I need to have a new firmware / software from Verizon/Samsung ?
